Trying to make my own carbonated mineral water and I'm looking for any advice on CO2 levels. Anybody have any idea where Topo Chico is at? I assume it's 3.5-4.0 volumes...

I'd guess 4. I carbonate water at 30psi, which is more than double what I do for beer.

Just a guess. How are you carbonating?

I carbed it at 35psi for an hour using a blichmann quickcarb. Water left the keg at around 42ºF. Turned out pretty good.
