Can anyone help me wire a Temp controler?

I bought a quick disconnect thermocouple from BrewersHardware to attach to my rabanco. So the one they hardwired into the controller has a black and white wire. The quick disconnect thermocouple I bought has 3 wires. It has black brown and green wires.

So I need to cut off the rabanco prewired temp gauge and wire the quick disconnect to it.

Any idea what to hook up to what to get this to work?

You can email Derrin and ask which wire is unused or if you have a meter you can test between the pins to see which one is not connected. More than likely he only has 3 pin connectors so he uses them for all the builds.
