Tonight I bottled my Lemon Pepper Rye Saison. I started early, before the kids were in bed, unlike most times. This time was different...

I ran the capper. Best/quickest bottling session ever! Going to enlist them again tomorrow night to bottle my STPA - Spruce Tip Pale Ale.
 
They ask for sips of the finished product. My 8-year-old thinks it is weird and nasty, but he has Celiac disease (allergy to gluten in wheat, rye, and barley), so I can't hold it against him. The three-year old is mostly curious.
