Been brewing for about 3 years (200 + gallons), mostly extract.
Favorite beer is racer 5
Favorite personal recipes:
Nancy's Nut Brown (for the wife)
Super Stocker IPA (Imperial IPA)
Schwarz Bock (stout with bock yeast)

Live near More Beer (B3) As a consumer, I am doing my part to keep them in the black $$

Old School Mopar fan (1965 Dodge Coronet w/440)

If alot is good and more is better, then too much is just right.

Joined the site after gleaning much technical advice (educated opinons?)
