Hey guys/girls, I'm new to this forum so forgive me if this is posted somewhere else. I'm trying to learn to brew with distilled water and adding minerals. When I enter my grain amounts and use 100% dilution with distilled water on Bru'n water spread sheet it shows my PH at 5.27. Does this mean no lactic acid is required ??

That pH indication suggests that no acid is needed. I'm assuming that either or both your grist is a bit darker or you are adding a significant calcium salt dose. They drive pH down.

Yes ,I'm trying my hand at a hazy NE IPA. So I've upped my chloride to 175 and sulfate to 85.
