This is really good. Sour stouts are often terrible, but this is spot on. Lactic sourness goes great with the roast. Good mouthfeel, not so dry as to be thin.

There is no tart side of the moon ... Matter of fact, it's all tart!

More of my coffee brown ale (think Surly Coffee Bender). I mashed a bit too low and used the only coffee beans I had on hand (5oz cheap World Market Columbian Supremo, coarse ground, cold steeped for 24 hours). This beer is great, I can't wait to re-brew, hitting the mash temp and with good beans.

Indeed. Cinq Cents. Never been sure how it's pronounced but it is incredible.

Drinking my Trappist style Quad that I've named "La Trappisten 10" Brewed in 2010...This one has aged VERY nicely! Only one 750 left.

It just so happens that I used an old Chimay bottle to bottle this batch and the only chalice I have is a Chimay Anniversary chalice! So, you'll just have to take my word that it's not really Chimay!

This one creeps up on me! So easy to drink for an 11.2% beer!
