I recently started tasting a series of 1-gallon IPA batches designed to highlight different IPA hops, and I really enjoyed the Mosaic. I've decided I'm going to make a 5-gallon batch of it, but since I don't need to isolate the hop flavor I want to make it a little more complex.

Right now I'm planning on having Mosaic as the only flavor/aroma hop (I'll probably use US Magnum for bittering, unless someone wants to suggest a different bittering hop to complement the flavor of Mosiac?)

I also happen to have some biscuit malt sitting around, and I was wondering if adding a pound of that to the steep would work well with the Mosaic.

Any thoughts?

biscuit would work fine with it, but a lb is too much IMO. half that should be good
