Hello,
I have not brewed in about a year an would like to brew a brown sugar Dunkel. This is the recipe that I have so far:
10 lbs Munich I (Weyermann) (7.1 SRM) Grain 77.7 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Pilsner Malt (Avangar) (1.5 SRM) Grain 11.7 %
1 lbs Munich II (Weyermann) (8.5 SRM) Grain 7.8 %
6.0 oz Carafa Special III (Weyermann) (500.0 SRM) Grain 2.9 %
0.40 oz Magnum [14.70 %] Boil 60.0 min Hop 18.6 IBUs
1.00 oz Tettnang [4.50 %] Boil 15.0 min Hop 7.1 IBUs
1.0 pkg German Bock Lager (White Labs #WLP833) [35.49 ml]
After which I will simply prime with brown sugar. Any comments and recommendations would be appreciated.
