Hi
I have started using Brewfather and I have finally started messing around with adjusting my water profile.
I am going to brew a Modern English IPA and the recipe is from byo.com (Brewing British IPA - Brew Your Own).
I want to adjust my water profile, but I am in doubt whether I should use the 'English Ale' water profile as Target, or the 'Pale Ale', or perhaps something else.
The amount of minerals changes quite a lot depending on what Target profile I choose. I fear that the 'English Ale' Target is for traditional English Ales, but an English IPA is somewhat more hoppy.
Any recommendations?
With kind regards
Erik
