So bear in mind this began as a crazy college experiment turned delicious, but be because of that it is easy to do just about anywhere.

Ingredients:
2 gallons apple juice
1.5 gallons apple cider
Brown sugar
Table sugar

Directions:
1: boil the apple juice, added 2cups brown sugar, and due to only having 1 gallon jugs split into two 1 gal fermentations
2: pitched in basic wine yeast from lhbs
3: for the cider, grew about 50 ml of yeast starter up from wine yeast in brown sugar water and pitched after about 18 hours growth
4: let ferment for 5 weeks
5: mixed all 3 gallons together, added an extra bit of sugar ( to personal sweetness desire), an extra half gallon of unfermented cider, and mason jar full of apple pie drank (made from 1 gal cider 1 gal apple juice, cinnamon, sugar, bottle of everclear)
6: put into 5 gallon corny keg and served with very little carbonation, about 3-5 psi
7: drink and enjoy :)

Among us, it was a wild success!
