Hey Everybody!
I started a blueberry wine about a month ago. When I went to rack it I lost about a 1/2 gallon of wine after removing sentiment and pulp, Should I add a 3:1 grape concentrate to refill the demijohn or should I just leave it? The taste is pretty good and I didn't know if I back-fill it will it water the wine down? Would that affect the alcohol content?

You don't want to water it down. It's important to have smaller containers after primary fermentation, for just this reason. You can add marbles (but that's a LOT of marbles!), or rack to a smaller container. After fermentation slows/ends, you want as little headspace as possible, filling to the narrowest part of the demijohn.

How much headspace do you have?

Here it is. Do you think if I add the grape concentrate it would ferment that sugar as well?
