Hey people! So I searched the site and the interweb for answers but no luck. Question is about Avanti 5.3cuft chest freezer. Anyone have one? I got one for $20 and it is perfect! Just wondering if anyone else grabbed one and made a fermentation chamber out of it? Or if anyone has temp controller suggestions for it. The model is: Avanti cf142. This and Charlie P's book is the ONLY thing I have bought to start home brewing. Figured I would need a place to ferment here in south Florida. Anyone out there run into these???
