Hello all!

Well, I started out Extract brewing summer of last year. I have really enjoyed brewing thus far. Decided to make a mash tun and get into all grain brewing. So, last night a completed my mash tun. And my first Blonde Ale all grains will be delivered on Tuesday.

I never realized how addictive this would become! Not only do I enjoy brewing, drinking my own beer, but love when people like my beer and find out I made it.

Well, I received my grains on Tuesday. Plan to brew on Saturday. Can't wait to get into all grain brewing!
