Need some help...
How many final grams of sugar are in an RIS with the following specs?

30 Plato (1.129) OG
7.6 Plato (1.030) FG

Apparent Attenuation = 75%
651 calories per 22 oz.

I can tell you total kinds of sugar, not sure if they're complex or not.

About 399 grams of simple/complex sugars by my calculation if this is a 5 gallon batch. Divide that by how many bottles you have for a per-bottle figure.

I would like to know the actual sugars in grams for a 22 oz. ready to drink bottle. And how you came to that conclusion.

If you want to know for sure, send it to a lab. I'd be happy to provide a link.

I'm assuming you want to know the amount of residual sugar, not any type of caloric content total. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

And all I did was calculate (I did it in my head so it was just an estimate) of how much maltose it would take to reach that Specfic Gravity (Your actual ending gravity) in a 5 gallon batch.
