Diffusion Stones falling apart

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but my diffusion stones keep coming apart on me. Has anyone figured out a way to re-attach the stone to the flare nut, so it stays together? I have gone through 3 stones now.

What brand are you using? I haven't had any issues. Mine is a fermentap brand.

are you swirling the stone around in circles by the hose and smacking it on the ground like a child? I do that when I drink too






Just get one from more beer/b3, it will last a long time
