Hey guys,

Wanted some feedback on a Scotch Ale recipe I'm planning on brewing this weekend.

Ingredients:
Code:
Amt Name Type # %/IBU
6.00 kg Pale Malt, Golden Promise (Thomas Fawcett) (5.9 EBC) Grain 1 82.2 %
0.50 kg Biscuit Malt (45.3 EBC) Grain 2 6.8 %
0.35 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (157.6 EBC) Grain 3 4.8 %
0.20 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (236.4 EBC) Grain 4 2.7 %
0.15 kg Roasted Barley (591.0 EBC) Grain 5 2.1 %
0.05 kg Chocolate Malt (Thomas Fawcett) (1000.8 EBC) Grain 6 0.7 %
0.05 kg Peat Smoked Malt (5.5 EBC) Grain 7 0.7 %

30.00 g Fuggles [6.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 8 16.7 IBUs
20.00 g Fuggles [6.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 9 8.6 IBUs

22L batch
1.072 SG
Mashing at 66.7C for 60 minutes. 90 minute boil
Yeast: Probably one or two packs of US-05. Unless I decide to go for the Wyeast Scotch Ale yeast...
