I'm planning on brewing this, this weekend

OG 1.050
FG 1.009
Color 7.0 EBC
Bitterness 26.6 IBU
Alcohol 5.4% ABV

Simpsons Golden Promise 60%
Wheat Malt (BESTMALZ) 40%

16 IBUs of Magnum at 60m
8 IBUs of Saaz at 15m
2.6 IBUs of Hallertau Hersbrucker at 5m

Midwestern Ale Yeast (Yeast Bay)

So I'm aiming for something like Bell's Oberon,am I in the ballpark?
Has anyone used this yeast before, any tips and what temp did you ferment at?
And what water profile would you go for?

I'd be very thankfull for any help,

Cheers!
