Weird question I guess. Couldn't find it anywhere else in the forum. Maybe I'm missing it but is it a problem if my primary smells like the last beer I brewed? I brewed a wheat with Danstar Munich and the smell in the bucket was strong even after washing and sanitizing. I went ahead a week or so later and brewed another batch (Newcastle clone) and a week later a pumpkin ale. utilized good cleaning and sanitizing of course (none of them are really ready to taste yet) but the fermenter definitely had the "aftersmell" going on.

Not a weird question, it gets asked all the time. It's not a problem and your current beer won't pick up any taste or smell from the previous beer. If it bothers you, do an overnight soak with Oxyclean Free and rinse well after.
