I want a hoppy PA. I also have Horizon hops that I could use for bittering. 10 gallon batch. What does everybody think of the recipe? I have read a lot of recipe posts and I am trying to dial a combo of much reading in before I brew.

18.0 lb (81.4%) 2-row
4.0 lb (18.1%) Vienna Malt (I have no interest in any crystal)
.1 lb (0.5%) Black Malt (just for a bit of color)
.75 oz (11.1%) Centennial 60 min
1 oz (14.8%) Simcoe 15 min
1 oz (14.8%) Centennial 15 min
1.0 oz (14.8%) Columbus 5 min
1.0 oz (14.8%) Simcoe 5 min
1 oz (14.8%) Columbus 0 min
1.0 oz (14.8%) Centennial 0 min

Looks pretty good to me. The Horizon would also be good for bittering . If you do that you could use the Centennial to dry hop, paired with Simcoe would be nice. What are the OG and IBU's on that?
