Ok So I am from Central FL, Lakeland to be exact.

I have a fine pallet for bbq and in the last year and change have really gotten into the craft beer phase, mostly stouts..

SO I have my first batch about to get bottled.

Lots of research to do and learning..
I have a few clones I am dying to do.
