Just wanted to say Hey, Brewed my first All-Grain, (first brew ever) 3 weeks ago. Bottled Nov 6th, a standard stout. Hit the FG on the mark. Everything worked out very well. I have done alot of research here (homebrewtalk.com)and I thank everyone from tips and tricks to screw-ups that turned out to be great beers after all.

I basically inhereted my grandfather's HERMS. I had no clue how it worked but with enough research and YouTube videos we pulled off the first brew with only minor glitches. Our second brew was this past Saturday at Teach a Buddy How to Brew Day, at our local HBS (Belmont Party Suplly), Also, no glitches and hit OG on the mark.

Thanks To All,

Matt
