Hey everyone,
Random 23-year-old Pittsburgh home brewer here. I've been lurking quite a bit on here, and really must say that this site is awesome. I've only got 5 batches down so far, but I've already been inspired to do a bunch of great d.i.y. projects by Home Brew Talk. Thanks!
I made my own immersion wort chiller and stir plate, and even managed to go all grain (BIAB) by the third batch. The increase in quality thanks to these simple, yet effective projects has been exciting to watch (and taste!).
I honestly can't wait to brew the next batch... I'm addicted. And my latest batch -- a roggenbier -- is conditioning as we speak. Looking forward to being a part of these forums.
