7.5 lb mo
.5 lb 80 crystal
.5 lb melanoidan
1 oz EKG 60 min
. 5 oz Styrian 30 min
.5oz EKG 20 min

Drop the melanoidan, you'll get plenty of flavor from the MO and it really isn't needed in a bitter of any sort. Hopping looks fine - that's a great hop combo - although I would move the Styrians to 15 and the final EKG to flameout if you want to get any of its floral/spicy aroma.

Thames Valley is fine for yeast, just be sure to pitch a healthy starter and keep your ferment temps in check (64-67F is what I like this at).
