Hey Guys,
I'm just about finished with my rig, and I've been testing. My temps seem a little slow to rise. I have a fair amount of heat blowing up aroung the kettles (20 gal), and I think my burners may be a little low.
How much gap do you suggest to have under the kettle (relative to the burner and/or the flame)?
