1st Time Brewer in Rochester, NY

Hi all, my name is Jesse and I bought my first brew kit last night. My wife, newborn son, & I are moving back to my hometown of Rochester, NY next week. So once we get settled, I'm breaking out the kit and making my first batch of Porter. Wish me luck!

This is the best hobby for a married man. It keeps you at home and out of the car if you're downin' a few. Not to mention it teaches patience and sharing a HB is quite gratifying.

Hopefully SWMBO (Somebody Who Must Be Obeyed) is a beer drinker. If not.
