1bbl or 2bbl system questions

I've been reading on the forum guys building these systems. Is there a good place to go to understand the plumbing, electrical, heating, etc of a typical brewery setup? Yes I'm new at this but would like to drive in the correct direction on my quest. Thanks in advance.....
