I wanted to build a Son of a Fermentation Chiller, but I ran into two problems:
1) I live abroad and didn't have access to any sort of insulation.
2) My fermenter is a 14 gal SSBrewtech Chronical.
So I made some measurements, collected some wood, found some styrofoam coolers from a local grocery store, and came up with a supersized chiller! It's super heavy, but is keeping my IPA at a constant 68 degrees.
