Quick input on hops schedule please..

2lb pale malt
5oz crystal 10
8oz carapils
6lbs pale LME

o.g. 1.060

About to start the boil and I am bittering with 1oz Warrior.
I pulled out the following hops besides warrior:

1oz Simcoe
1oz Centennial
1oz Amarillo
.5oz Citra
.5oz Galaxy Citra and Galaxy are in same baggie.

I have more of each and also some FF and Mosaic

What schedule would you add these? Full boil 60min

Centennial@15
Amarillo@10
Citra/Galaxy @5

I would personally put the Simcoe in with the Amarillo

I'd do 1/2 the simcoe and amarrilo at 60 then save the rest for 5mins or flameout.
