    Sterling and Chinook

    Howdy My 2nd year Sterling and Chinook produced lots of hops. I brew other beers with these varieties, but never together Anyone out there in Beer-land have a recipe that uses these two in combination? Not real sure they'll work together, but willing to try. a hoppy pils? a czech IPA...

    Hop selection for Saison

    I'm brewing a french saison this weekend and trying to figure out what I want to do with my hops. I'd like to stay at least semi-traditional but I don't have much in the way of noble hops on hand (a little bit of saaz but not enough for the full boil). I do have Mt Hood (a Hallertau descendent)...

    Marzen with Sterling hops

    I'm trying my first Marzen brew today and realized I didn't have enough of the Hallertau hops I was intending to use. Basically I have almost enough for the initial addition but nothing for the final addition. I know Saaz is a commonly used variety with Marzen recipes and while I don't have that...
