    Does your pectinase taste sweet?

    I added pectinase to my pasteurized cider (almost two weeks) to clear it and haven't seen any results. I was curious to see if the enzyme had any off flavors so I tasted it. What I tasted seemed the same as table sugar. Is my LHBS ripping me off or does your pectic enzyme taste this way?
