    Found it!

    First Barleywine

Thanks for the info. And I love them to; from the first one I had I knew it was the style for me. But because of the love for the style I have been scared to do one. But I feel it's time to jump in and get it done.

    First Barleywine

I do have a beergun. I was worried about carbonating at low temp because I am planning aging at room temp. Is it ok to bring the temp of the beer up to room temp?

    Sam Adams

I think I have given up on Sam Adams. It's not worth finding one good beer in a variety pack and having to drink 5 mediocre ones. Good bye Samuel it's been bitter sweet.

    Keg line sanitizing

I am trying to make a keg line sanitizing adapter. My plan is to use a liquid keg adapter attached to a 5/16 barb, so I can connect it to my bottling bucket. Has anyone gone this rout before?

    Does DME go bad?

I made a yeast starter early in the week and I used some DME that was kinda old. My starter didn't do very well. I didn't get a big yeast cake like I'm used to seeing.
