Has anyone here taken a stab at converting their HERMS system to also be able to distill? I have a eHERMS system with open top sanke kegs as my kettles. I think it would be pretty tough to convert the boil kettle into a sealed up pot with tower. Same deal with the open mash tun for a thumper...

Disregard. I realized all my kegs were in serving mode and needed to be in clean status in order to be selected.

The drop down to select which tap to put beer on is not giving me an option. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be going on here? As you can see, keg number doesnt give me option on which place to put beer

Yep... So far so good. Left beer sit in line for a few days and then ran my stout thru. Was worried a little bit about that. Fan helps a lot... I'm not super excited about just running it 24/7 tho.
