    I'm starting an onion patch this week and I was wondering if anyone has tasted or even attempted brewing an onion beer. If so what were your results/reactions to it. Do you have to like onions to like the beer? Anyways just rambling thoughts I had gardening this afternoon.

    I was gonna dry hop this brew and I was wondering if it'd also be wise to mix these hops. I think I'd be fine based on what most of you guys are saying.     What happens if i mix two types of hops at the same time?

    I'm brewing an imperial pale ale the grains are in the pic and the hops are all Columbus. Would it be wise to mix one ounce Columbus hops with half an ounce of cascade?

    Mulled wine

    Never tried mulled wine before but i do like regular wine and will drink it warm. Sake isn't too bad in my opinion either. Anyone know any good recipe or what I should shop for if I were to try mulled wine?

    Should i throw out this batch

    I tasted the batch and it tastes like beer. We moved it into another bucket and there was a lot of gunk at the bottom. So I am relieved to say that it DID ferment and it will be very drinkable. Halelujah!
