    ... preferably Limburg into cider/beer brewing willing to exchange information and whatnot? I myself am from Heusden-Zolder near the race track.

    Greetings straight outta Belgium

    Hi, 24 years old ICT student with interests in photography, music, brewing and gaming. Been on here since 2011 and made only one, yet successful, batch of hard cider. Currently I am trying some new things (In this thread) Might try beer someday, we will see what time brings :)

    Dry hopped, Citrus peels, Blackcurrant

    So last year I made(first ever) 25 litres (6.6 gallons) of cider and let it ripe in secondary with medium roasted oak chips. I let it ferment out dry, then back sweetened with lactose to take of the edge and bottle carbonated with some dark cane sugar. And it was delicious but 'vanilla'... So...
