This recipe has been my "to brew" list for over a year. I brewed this 3 weeks ago. Been on gas for a week. It is beyond excellent. Due to time constraints, I skipped dry hopping. Plenty of hop aroma and flavor as is, I'm sure its better with the dry hop. Great beer.

It's fine. No need to take readings 4 days in though. Like a sleeping baby, no need to disturb a chugging airlock.

Home dish detergents will kill almost any head on homebrew. Put the glass in freezer for a while before pouring, that will help. Not sure why it does, but it does.

Give it time.....it will taste completely different once it has carbonated/bottle-conditioned.

Second one is fine. Looks like CO2 coming out of solution. No worries there. I can't really see the first one, but lacto would be obvious. It's nasty. You won't really know until you taste it.
