    Homebrewtalk Carboy Cleaner Giveaway

I think I am the perfect person for one of these free carboy cleaners because I've never even seen one before, neither have any of my brew buddies. I would be the envy of my crew if I could score one. Thanks!

    Building immersion chiller

I think this is what I am going to do also. I want to soldier 90 degree elbows onto each end and have straight pieces running vertical and horizontal to allow for all 20' to be coiled up in my brew kettle. Its just a matter of time before i do this. I just need the funds to make it happen...

How long do you take to brew a batch?

I just brewed my 3rd extract batch yesterday, and it took me 4 hours from start thru cleanup. It was the longest of my 3 batches, I cant really explain why it took so long this time, other than I was drinking with my dad... I guess that explains it.

    Pumpkin Ale sludge

This. I bottled my pumpkin ale a week ago, and had a ton of pumpkin/trub. I probably lost about a gallon of volume. I used the pumpkin pie mix also. Net total of bottles was only 41.

Autumn Seasonal Beer Samhain Pumpkin Ale

Yeah, I had quite a bit of sediment, I racked to secondary after 14 days, which helped clean it up. I bottled saturday, and only netted 41 bottles though... So I lost quite a bit.

    Homebrew Stores in Cleveland/Youngstown/Pittsburgh?

The place in Kent is called Abruzzo's. I've never been there, but my neighbor goes there for his wine making supplies. I call the Grape & Granary my LHBS, and would suggest stopping in there. Its only about 10 minutes from work. Although not a big store square footage wise, they have...

Winter Seasonal Beer Great Lakes Christmas Ale Clone

Hey Guys I am very new to homebrewing, I only have 2 batches under my belt, but was hoping that someone could help me convert a Great Lakes Christmas Ale recipe to an 5 gallon extract version.
