    I see your point. Stuck sparge would have me inventing new expletives. What does "FWH" mean after the Chinook Hops? I loaded this into Beersmith (assuming this addition is 1 hour), but it's showing an uncharacteristically high IBU (for this style) of 55 or so. Am I missing something...

    Visiting Chicago!!!

    I like Sheffields on Sheffield Ave. Just south of Wrigleyville. They don't make their own beer, but plenty on draft and a nice beer garden under huge trees in the back.
