Sample tastes great; beer tastes awful

I'm starting to lean that way. Though I'm on the second tank from the same supplier. Do you keep your Co2 inside of a fridge by chance? I'm wondering if that has something to do with it - my fridge will sometimes freeze in certain areas.

Sample tastes great; beer tastes awful

I was wondering if you had any more issues after switching tanks. I've been having a similar problem and I think I've narrowed it down to the regulator or the gas.

    mangrove jacks yeast

Just tasted my blonde ale brewed with M-44, and it's very clean. Works as advertised. Good attenuation. Good Clarity, although I did cold crash and add gelatin to the keg. I fermented around 66-67F, and after a week, went up to 72. Hop aroma and flavor comes through well. I would like to brew...

I checked the gravity after 7 days, and it was down to 1.010 from 1.046. Decent attenuation. I'll be kegging this week. We'll see how it tastes.

JW Lees Manchester Star Porter Recipe?

This is a beer I really enjoy as well and would love to clone. I've had the opportunity to taste it in bottle and in growler form. There is some information up on their website, but it's under SPECIALS since it is seasonal. The website states, "6.5% abv. This limited edition ale is brewed to...
