    I brewed two batches on New Years, a 5 gallon smoked helles and a 6 gallon rauchbier. So put me down for 11g so far.

    Whatever you feel like sharing. Typically there are about 20-30 people on a good night. Expect more with the heat. 3-4 bottles should do. You can always ration as you see need develop. Last outing we had three kegs and about 40 bottles open.

    What are some of the mistakes you made...where your beer still turned out great!

    So I just pulled the top of an imperial IPA that I used an ounce of fresh microplaned orange peel in and got the smell of rubbing alcohol. What did I do wrong? Too high temp? Combo yeast (1056 and 1010)? Can dry hopping save it?
