How does the honey flavor come thru in the porter? I have a couple of jars of home-clover honey that I'm thinking about brewing with.

I steward'd for the Cascade Brewers Cup in Seattle this morning. Great experience.

Took gravity readings, and bought grains for a parti-gyle brew tomorrow

As I make plans to brew a Bass clone, I have a Black IPA fermenting. Since I have time tomorrow I will be brewing a stout .

I think we have some places here in the Seattle area that serves Bass on tap, I just need find out his preference.
