    Fresh Strawberry Wheat ideas

Im about to try my hand at a strawberry wheat beer, and wanted yalls opinion on my method. I'm using a basic wheat recipe that I've used before and is quite delicious. For my strawberry flavoring, I have just picked 8lbs. of fresh strawberrys from a farm here in middle Georgia. My plan was to...

    Logo Thread

I really like it! Instead of grayscale "foam", i would try it as a screened back version of your gold color.

My verson of the "Guess The Stone IPA Clone" game

Brewed a Stone IPA clone (my version is called "Stone Mountain IPA" b/c i live in GA.) and finally got around to taking some comparison shots. This one is pretty easy, based on the head size, but still fun! I nailed the color almost perfectly! They are both actually much clearer than the...

Outdoor Kegerator Labels for Wedding Shower

So, I was in charge of the beer for a wedding shower that my wife and I were hosting. We decided to "dress up" my kegs by placing them in a brand new metal trashcan and having my wife decorate the trashcan and make it "frilly". The theme was mexican fiesta. Anyway, i still needed a way to...

Picnic tap issue, new to kegging

I had this same exact problem at my last party. Had 2 kegs using brand new taps and only one of them had this problem. I still haven't taken a close look to see what was going on.

    Pin Lock Disconnects, etc.

Sorry, yes, it includes two gas disconnects and two beer out disconnects. I can upload a pic when i get home from work if needed. (Vince, you're next in line if the first inquiry doesn't buy.)

    Pin Lock Disconnects, etc.

I recently purchased a pin-lock kegerator kit, but I have since switched to a ball-lock setup and no longer need the pin-lock gear. Here's what i have: • 1 pair of pin-lock gas "in" disconnects (with MFL threaded ends) • 1 pair of pin-lock beer "out" disconnects (with MFL threaded ends) •...

    Mounting air manifold in kegeratoe

I would love to see other examples of how people mount their manifold inside a mini fridge. I have a Danby 4.4 with two kegs, 5# c02 tank and manifold. It's sometimes a pain to get to the manifold for adjustments.

    Jenny D Raspberry Wheat

I've never brewed with fresh raspberries, so I don't have a point of reference, but... I brewed this for a party and everyone loved it! The keg was empty in a few hours. The flavor wasn't overpowering and was just enough to get the idea across. For the ease of use alone ...i would definitely...

Using B&B (Benedictine & Brandy) as a flavor addition?

Awesome, thanks guys! I simply cannot wait for this one! It looks like about 6oz. of B&B and around 2oz. of extract is all i plan to use. I'll probably pour both into my carboy after 2 weeks of fermentation and let it sit another 1-2 weeks. I might just add some oak as well.
