Ok, search isn't working on my kindle fire, so please forgive me if there's another thread on the subject, but, I was wondering if any if you have tried cutting out the partition between the fridge and freezer on an upright to expand the storage space. As of now I can only hold 2 fermenters...

Wow, I added 2.0 LBS of the LME at 60mins, and 5.5 at 15 mins, and it brought the IBU up to 60! What a difference! Thanks!

@ dirtrymartini I agree on the floral hops, I'm gonna do some research for flavor profiles of these hops and play around a bit. This will be an excellent learning experience!

Thanks for the recipe!! Definitly going on my brew schedule! But I think its a bit more bitter than what I'm looking for atm. Blackened hops sits around 80 IBU I believe. Still no reply from Rodney :(

You need to have a source of 220v power. If you have that then using electricity can become an advantage. Because of size constraints of the mash tub the largest starting gravity beer you can brew is around 1.057. You can always add DME to the boil for an occasional big beer brew. Holy crap...
