How did you make it two weeks without tasting?! I can only make it a week, usually enough to force carb. I do admit two weeks is best. I bottled, so still need another week for first taste. Probably sneak a bottle next week-end.

I'd ditch the Armarillo. BK tends to like hops that begin with the letter "C". It may be Chinook, or Cascade.

I brewed this almost exactly per the recipe, and it is almost dead on! Perfect flavor and very creamy. Needs maybe one more week in the bottle. I'll post exact recipe soon.

Just moved base IPA to secondary on top of 3Lb of apricot puree. Looks like it has all coagulated to the top and started fermenting again, is this normal? Looks disgusting yet tasty! No mostly disgusting.
