    Any body have any thoughts on using 50 ft of 3/8 vs 5/16 ? I've read it takes less pressure to use 3/8 and that 3/8 holds more beer...... 5/16 is cheaper but does 3/8 work better?

    Thanks for the advice everyone...im thinking now I might up this whole to a 15g batch. That way I have extra for summer.....I scaled it up using beersmith and rounded up the hops and knocked down the LME.... I know allgrain would be cheaper but this is a useup brew.. 12 lbs Wheat LME 12 lbs...

    I'm gonna have to do a 1 gallon hefen-cutie batch for grins. I think Ill peel then, remove what little pith they have and then purree 2 whole ones (peel and all) and then do what? Boil 15? or in the the fermenter? or steep then in the fermenter? What do you guys think?
