New Bottom-Side-Up Label - Holiday Ale

Adding 2013 labels. There were two this year. Both ales are maple imperial stouts. Phil is flavored by maple syrup and maples extract and Mort was aged on oak chips that were soaked in Canadian Maple Whiskey. Both were delicious.

I use a piece of freeware called Inkscape. I hand draw them all in the program. Very powerful piece of free software. Inkscape.org is the website.

While everyone is in there fixing the names on the ceritificates and upgrading your scores, you might want to fix the spelling of CERTIFICATE, seeing as it isn't correct.

    BYO Label Contest

No magazine yet, but I believe the winners/honorable mentions have been notified. We received an email the other day that we received honorable mention, but no details on which label. They said all the prize donors have been notified and that we should receive the prizes within the month...

Anyone use Bottle Mark bottle caps?

NineMilBill - we only use them on certain beers. The picture is our one year anniversary pale ale. I have also done them in black for our Black rye IPA. They are very cool....the problem is we enter beer into competitions and the caps need to marking free. I know we can just use a sharpie...

Anyone use Bottle Mark bottle caps?

I have order from BottleMark a couple of times already. Very happy with them. They can be a little "grainy" but for the most part very good. See attached photo.

    BYO Label Contest

Hellbent - not sure when the issue comes out. I went back and looked out our FB posts and we posted something about the label contest on June 8th, so my guess that is when the results were posted up online. My guess is it should be coming out very shortly.

    CT Brewers Check-In

Brewer from Vernon, but setup is in Stafford. Been brewing for a little over 1 year now. I brew under Bottom-Side-Up Brewing Co. with my brother and his fiance at their place in Stafford. We recently did a Belgian Dark Wit and this coming weekend is an apricot blonde.
