I am on the last few pints (kegged) of a 5 gal recipe: (not a SMaSH, but even w/o the 60L this would be a nice beer) 10lbs MO 1lb crystal 60 3.5 oz EKG (1.25 @60, 1.25 @20, 1 @5) US 05 60min mash, 90 min boil Fantastic beer. Going to brew it again very soon.

I had this same problem with a keg from Ballast Point; was told by several people here that you have to completely vent the commercial keg and then start with a very low PSI until you get the foam/head that you want. I never got the commercial keg dialed in and ended up drinking a lot of foamy...

Bill, Welcome. I'm in Jennings by the Olympic shoppette. Racked an American Wheat onto 5lbs of raspberries yesterday, hopefully it will be ready in a week or 2. Have a IPA/APA and Brown Ale on tap. Would love to share/ trade.
