    I also have a hard time with my eficiency usualy around 60% though I found out P.H. of water is to high I got some P.H. 5.2 and will find out this weekend if that solves my problem hope so if not maybe my grind I use a corona style grinder wich should be fine but I dunno:drunk:

    what is the standard p.h. level of water I should want to use. My efficiancy sucks this may be why The water company says p.h. is between 7.5 and 8.5 normaly what is good?:drunk:

    If I use this method (set it and forget it) do Istill have to hook the gas line up to the discharge line or should it be hooked up as normal?

    I currently can not get my efficiancy above 60% what the hell is going on I would be happy with 70-75% I use a single step infusion and batch sparge. Would a multiple step infusion be better I have been wondering ? any tips:drunk:

    I force carbonated my first keg today and have been looking for the best procedure's but everyone has a different method. Should I age my keg at storage temp mine usualy is around 60 farenheit or should I refrigerate , also there are conflicts as wether to leave the keg on gas for several days...
