[/ATTACH] Lilou.. now is 1 year old and is still as dumb as the day we got her. Her favorite thing in the world of course is to run through screen doors off and on. Her least favorite thing to do is run through the screen door to find the glass door closed....:D

Besides the pipeline issue and the urge to always expand my "brewery" I would have to say the CLEANING/SANITIZING. I feel like I'm in Basic Training all over again with how much detail I put on cleaning and sanitizing prior to brewing, keeping everything cleaned and sterilized while brewing...

Welcome to the site neighbor! If you want to get into homebrew check our local craigslist cause I think there is a guy with some winemaking items that can be used for an initial homebrew set up for like $50.00 figured I can share with a local.

I don't think people in trailer parks know what pomegranate is so I think your fine there... I'm interested on knowing the outcome. Are you aging it like wine or apfelwein?

I bottled some hefe with lemon and brewed a Jamaican style brew in spirit of my upcoming trip to the islands :) Monday is my weekend so its when I get all of my brewing done :)
