    Conditioning temps

I've searched and cant seem to find a good answer. My Blonde Ale has fermented between 68-70 for 5 days, fermentaition has slowed, possibly stopped. Is there any benefit or problem with moving to my basement where is more like 62-64 degrees for the conditioning and secondary stage.

    Short run in secondary

This might be a silly question (lord knows i have a few) is there any benefit to racking to a secondary after a 3 week fermentation in a primary, and leaving it in the secondary for maybe 48 hours to get away from some of the krausen remenants...or should i just say screw it and rack to my...
