    Sat it at 75F yesterday and it's fermenting. I know the temp is a bit high, but it's a 7-10 day wine and the taste doesn't matter much. Update: It's fermenting violently now so I guess it's working :) Update 2: No replies, I guess it's ok then. ;)

    After 7 days the SG was 1.012, seems the yeast has a hard time at the end.

    Ubuntu 9.10, Ubuntu Netbook Remix 1.5 and Linux Mint are slower than XP on an Asus EEE with 1GB ram for me.
